Getting Started with Custom IEM’s
1. Get your impressions made.
Take these instructions to your provider for your impressions.
- Silicone impression material
- Open-mouth (1/2” bite block) recommended
- Impressions must extend just beyond the second bend.
- Full impression as if for a full shell ITE, without voids.
If you are not sure if the impressions are viable for a proper fit and seal, you can send a photo to us (music@eartech.com), and we will do our best to verify them before you send them in.
2. Talk to us.
We welcome the opportunity to discuss your order with you before we start your custom build. We can help you choose the right model and personalize your look. 3. Send ’em to us.
Package your impressions in a sturdy box, along with a completed order form including your payment information. Ship using your preferred courier to:

(Consider insuring your package for at least the cost of your silicone impressions.)
